Not much information about the next installment to the long running franchise has surfaced since then. Steve Cave Skateboarding Expert Tony Hawk 5 (cont)  Earlier today, however, a photo hit social media, potentially revealing the game’s title. Tony Hawk’s caterer snapped a photo (seen below) at an event featuring the upcoming game. In the photo, behind a mass of banquet tables on a half-pipe, a large display features a logo for Tony Hawk 5. This title undoubtedly strikes a chord with fans of the series, as it appears that Activision will continue where they left off with 2002’s Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4. After the photo disappeared,Activision released a statement saying that Tony Hawk 5 is just a working title, and is not the name of the final product. The Tony Hawk franchise has met with checkered success following Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4, and later releases received mixed reviews. If the franchise returns to the classic foundation laid down by the Pro Skater series, gamers will finally get the Tony Hawk game they’ve wanted for over a decade.
